Create Telegram App
Prior to running the scraper bot you will need to create a Telegram App with authorization keys in order for the bot to send contracts to your trading bots.
My Telegram
In order to create a Telegram authorization key you will need to login with the phone number you use for Telegram. Login to my.telegram.org.
Click API development link and fill out the form to receive your development keys.
